What we collect
The contact form on this site collects your name, your email address, your company name (optional), and the message you write. That is all. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics, so we do not build a profile of you or record how you move around the pages.
How we use it
We use what you send only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on the conversation you started. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the handful of people at MV Sciences who need to read it. We do not add you to a mailing list.
How it is processed
Form submissions are handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, which receives what you type and delivers it to us by email. Your message passes through Netlify's systems on its way to our inbox; it is not stored or processed anywhere else.
Retention and deletion
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on the work being discussed. When a conversation has run its course, the record is no longer needed and we remove it. To ask us to delete what you have sent at any point before then, email us and we will do so.
