About

A specialist studio for life sciences learning.

MV Sciences builds custom training for commercial teams in diagnostics, devices, and specialty therapeutics. We are deliberately small and deliberately senior.

Most learning vendors are structured as production shops: a strategy team scopes the work, a production team executes it, and quality depends on how well the handoff survives. We are structured the other way around. The people who design your program build it, which removes the coordination layer where most quality is lost and most time is spent.

That structure suits a particular kind of work — programs where the science is difficult, the regulatory constraints are real, and the content has to be right the first time because the schedule has no slack in it. It suits fewer clients at once, which is the trade we've made deliberately.

Our current engagements are under confidentiality. We're glad to discuss our methodology and approach in detail.

Principles

How we work.

Accuracy before polish.

Content that is beautiful and wrong is worth less than nothing in a regulated environment.

Show the work.

We would rather walk you through how something will be built than describe how good it will be.

No handoffs.

One team from kickoff to delivery, and one point of contact throughout.

Own your content.

You receive source files, in open formats, with no dependency on us to keep running the program.

Common Questions

The questions we're usually asked.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Twelve to sixteen weeks across five phases. The Approach page walks through each in detail.

How long does a single module take?

Two to three weeks for a substantial interactive module once the design system is in place. The foundation build front-loads that cost so later modules move faster.

Will it work with our LMS?

Yes. We package to SCORM 1.2 or 2004 depending on your platform and test in your environment before handover. We'll need your platform and version at kickoff.

Do you handle medical and regulatory review?

We build to withstand it, with accuracy and substantiation review integrated throughout. Final approval always rests with your own review committee — we do not provide legal advice or guarantee compliance.

Who writes the content?

We do, working from your approved claims and reference set, with your subject-matter experts available for questions. We can also work from existing materials you want carried forward.

Can you match our brand?

Yes. We build the design system against your style guide in phase two, before any module is developed.

What do you need from us to start?

Approved claims and references, brand assets, LMS and SCORM requirements, your review process and committed turnaround, a named subject-matter contact, and confirmation of who the audience is.

Can you work from content we already have?

Often the better starting point. We'll review what exists, identify what's reusable, and flag what needs updating before it's carried into a new program.
