Capabilities

Everything a commercial team needs to learn — designed as one program.

We work across the full arc of commercial readiness, from foundational science through the conversations your team has in the field. Most engagements draw on all four areas.

Capability 01

Custom Interactive Learning

Interactive learning works when the interaction is doing real instructional work — not when a slide has been given a hover state. We design interactions that carry the concept: structures you can explore, relationships you can manipulate, decisions with consequences that play out.

Every module is built directly rather than produced through a general-purpose authoring tool. That takes more skill up front and produces something markedly better: faster to load, cleaner to package, fully accessible, and behaving exactly as designed rather than as a template permits.

What this includes
  • Interactive modules and courses
  • Exploratory diagrams and visual explainers
  • Scenario and branching decision work
  • Knowledge checks and formative assessment
  • Micro-learning and short-form video
  • Downloadable field job aids
Capability 02

Commercial & Sales Readiness

Product knowledge is not the same as commercial capability. A representative can recite a mechanism accurately and still lose the conversation. We build the second layer: how to open, what to ask, how to position against the alternatives, and how to respond when challenged.

That work is grounded in the same evidence base as the scientific content, so what your team says in the field matches what your data supports — which is the point at which training and compliance become the same project.

What this includes
  • Product and portfolio training
  • Launch and pre-launch readiness
  • Competitive positioning and differentiation
  • Objection handling and response frameworks
  • Customer segmentation and call planning
  • Role-play scenarios and certification
Capability 03

Scientific & Medical Content

Commercial teams in diagnostics and specialty therapeutics have to be fluent in material that is genuinely difficult: mechanism, trial design, statistical performance, and the interpretation questions clinicians will actually raise. Training that skims this leaves teams exposed in exactly the conversations that matter.

We develop this content with medical review integrated from the outset rather than appended at the end. Claims are tied to specified sources, statistics are checked against the study they came from, and regulatory framing is correct before anything is built — because content resting on a flawed foundation cannot be corrected in a review cycle.

What this includes
  • Disease-state and patient-pathway education
  • Mechanism and platform science
  • Clinical evidence and trial interpretation
  • Diagnostic performance literacy — sensitivity, specificity, NPV and PPV
  • Claim substantiation and reference mapping
  • Medical and promotional review readiness
Capability 04

Learning Strategy & Curriculum Design

The decisions that most affect whether a program works are made before anything is built: what belongs in it, what order it goes in, what each module assumes the learner already knows, and how you will know it worked.

We treat curriculum architecture as its own deliverable. Modules are sequenced by dependency rather than by convenience, prerequisites are explicit, and compliance content is positioned ahead of the customer-facing material it governs rather than filed at the end where it is least effective.

What this includes
  • Needs analysis and audience definition
  • Curriculum architecture and module sequencing
  • Learning objectives and outcome mapping
  • Assessment and certification design
  • Role-based learning paths
  • Existing-program review and gap analysis

Most programs need more than one of these.
